Kristian Stovall is a multidisciplinary artist and storyteller from Hayward, California. A graduate of California State University, East Bay, with a BA in Theatre, Stovall has performed in professional plays, television productions, and indie films. Her work blends performance, multimedia, and historical inquiry, centering on personal and ancestral revelations.

In September 2024, Stovall debuted The American Heiress: Revelations at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, a multimedia performance that delves into her journey of discovering that her colored ancestors were not from Africa but were, in fact, aboriginal to America. This exploration of identity, history, and cultural reclamation is also the foundation of Stovall’s work as the founder of The Foundation for American Indian Restoration and Education (FAIRE), an organization dedicated to uncovering and sharing the true heritage of Original Americans.

Felicity Jones is thrilled to make her stage debut in this production, proudly sharing the spotlight with her mother, Kristian Stovall, and an incredible ensemble cast. At just 10 years old, Felicity brings natural charisma, curiosity, and heart to the stage, embracing her first opportunity to explore the world of theater. She is grateful for the love and guidance of her family and castmates, and excited to grow as a performer. Felicity dedicates this performance to her ancestors and all the little girls with big dreams.

Tami Rossell is a seasoned actress with over 33 years of experience on stage, as well as a longtime recording and performing artist. Known for her powerful portrayals of Black women, Tami is committed to bringing their untold stories and achievements to light through compelling performance. She is the founder of Fixing Crowns and a dedicated educator specializing in African antiquities and the history of Africans in America. Her artistry is deeply informed by a life of resilience, advocacy, and community service. Tami’s work offstage—creating programs for underserved families and supporting homeless communities—mirrors the compassion and authenticity she brings to every role. Her performances are not only rich with historical depth but infused with a purpose to inspire, educate, and uplift.

Jordan Battle (she/her) is a California based actor, consultant, facilitator, administrator and plenty of other things that contribute to her identity. She is very happy to support her friend, Kristian in bringing the stories of her ancestors to life in this way and looks forward to the next iteration. Past theater credits include work in Paradise Blue,Matilda, Children of the Sea, James and The Giant Peach, The Giver, As You Like It,  and Follow Me to Nellie's. Thank you to her family & friends for encouraging her to take time for rest and not just do all of the things! 

Judge Cantrell is a Third Year Theater Major at Cal State East Bay. He has previously been seen in "And the World Goes Round" (Spring '24), "That Day in Tucson" (Spring '23) both at East Bay. He is excited for you to see the show and is incredibly proud of the cast he gets to do it with. Other past roles and productions include Cinderella's Prince/The Wolf in "Into the Woods", Pinky in "Juvie", and most notably, Matt in "The Fantasticks". This is Judge's return to the stage after a much needed hiatus, Judge is thrilled to be able to continue to explore and grow his artistry through a piece like this and is excited to be back where he's always belonged! He would like to thank God for the opportunity to do what he loves; he would also like to thank the many friends, family members, and supporters who helped him get to this moment.
